Voltrex by Gold Standard Herbs

Gold Standard Herbs Voltrex formula

Based on a two-thousand-year-old formula to support resolution of inflammation in the hips, knees and spinal cord.

Anti-inflammatory drugs used to treat arthritis, hip dysplasia, disc disease and ligament damage like cruciate tears are very beneficial in the first few days following injury, but continued use of these pain relievers actually hinders long term healing, by cutting off the blood supply those tissues need to heal. Feeding of processed diets likewise interferes with joints and ligaments getting the circulation they need for their inflammation to resolve. If the situation continues, joints gradually deteriorate and may become thickened and permanently deformed.

Voltrex supports normal blood flow to joints and ligaments so healing can occur without compromising pain relief. As joints and ligaments heal over several weeks or months, anti-inflammatory drugs are needed less and less, which allows the pace of healing to accelerate. Meanwhile, other joints and ligaments on the verge of injury receive support as well, such that Voltrex supports the whole body becoming stronger and less prone to injury in the future.

Improvements from the improved joint circulation should begin in the first few days, but it may take many months before ligaments and joints are completely healed. Over that time, lameness becomes more intermittent, allowing anti-inflammatory drugs to be used only as needed to relieve pain, instead of so often that they hinder healing. Animals can stay on their feet longer, get up faster and appear more free and comfortable in their movements.

Voltrex is an organically grown concentrated herbal extract in powdered form. Voltrex acts more quickly and completely if your pet is fed a real food meat- and vegetable-based diet.

To use, just fold the herbs into your pet's real food diet or shake them up with broth or water and pour them over top if using canned or kibble.

As a suggested starting dose, give twice daily as follows:

  • Up to 30 pounds: 1/4 tsp
  • 30 to 60 pounds: 1/2 tsp
  • 60 to 90 pounds: 1 tsp
  • 90 pounds and up: 1  1/2 tsp

If benefits are not seen, the dose can be safely doubled.

One bottle of Voltrex lasts over a month for dogs 50 lbs and under and for two weeks for 100 lb dogs.

How do I give the herbs to my pet?

We always shake ours up with a little kefir or broth and just pour it over the food. If your pet is a slow eater you don't want soggy food sitting around, you can try sprinkling the herbs on dry, or mixing them into something delectable like peanut butter.

How often do I give the herbs to my pet?

To make significant headway, you probably need to given them twice daily. The doses don't need to be exactly 12 hours. Just dose when convenient.Over time, if things are going great, you can see if once daily will maintain the improvements. You may even find you don't need the herbs anymore, but many people are so pleased with the results, they don't want to stop! If you do end up stopping, when you re-start, they should work just as well as they did before.

Can the herbs be used along with medications?

Over time, many pet owners find their pets don't need as much medication, but the herbs don't interfere with drugs.

What if I accidentally give too much?

Because the herbs are not drugs and are non-toxic, this is not a problem. At the most, you might see some loose stools.

Are there side effects to watch out for?

Again, about the most we expect might be some loose stools, but that's about it. We also use plants that people and animals tend not have allergies to. If you're worried about how your pet will react, try giving the herbs once daily for a bit, to make sure they are going down well

Lyne & Khloe

My 7 year old boxer has a sprained ACL. We had been dealing with limping (sometimes) and she was diagnosed with the beginning of arthritis. We are on the second bottle of this and there has been amazing progress. I mix it with Greek yogurt and honey, she even comes get it when she smells the bottle. Khloe loves it and it’s one supplement we will always have. In fact I bought 6 bottles in one order to ensure we were stocked up! I recommend 💯

Thanks for your review Lyne! It's fantastic to hear she is making amazing progress on Voltrex. Dr. Steve Marsden's formula really is Gold! Keep up the great work with Queen Khloe. We really appreciate your business. It brings us such joy to be able to help you help them.
