Delivery

Orders are shipped via Canada Post next business day from receipt of order. We ship from the Saint John, New Brunswick. In the event Canada Post goes on strike we will switch to courier service. You will still select a Canada Post rate but know it will shipped by courier and you will get tracking information related to a specific courier.  If you require courier service at any time, please contact us at info@dogsge.ca. Note: if using a free shipping code we will select Expedited Post no matter what service you select or we will use a courier. Please understand, as a small family business we cannot afford absorb higher Canada Post rates. We are always happy to work with you to get what your pet needs. Should you wish to return a product the shipping fee is your responsibility. Refunds are for product only and do not include shipping fees for original orders or replacement orders. Lost, stolen or undelivered orders must be reported to us within one week of delivery notification so that we can file a claim with the carrier. Thank you kindly.
