Summer shipping changes: Due to extreme heat temperatures experienced nation wide, we will not ship orders on Fridays as we do not want natural supplements sitting in hot service trucks over weekends. 

Orders ship next business day from Saint John, NB. At the final checkout page you will be able to select a service rate. These are direct rates from the providers. We do not mark up shipping fees.  Depending where you live in Canada it could be 2-10 business days of shipping time. If you require a different courier or need faster service please let us know and we will get you a quote. Contact us at info@dogsge.ca  Please note, if using free shipping discount codes, they apply to regular expedited shipping times only. 

As of July 1, 2026, DOGsAGE no longer ships internationally. Unfortunately, due massive delays at customs and tariff uncertainties implementing on going new rules and regulations, we have had to make this business decision. We are saddened by this turn of events and hope that these issues will be resolved in the near future so we can continue to help heal animals globally. Our sincere apologies to all our wonderful  international clients. Thank you for your understanding. 

Return/Exchange: We are happy to work with you to get you what your pet needs.  Should you wish to return a product for a refund or exchange, the shipping fee is your responsibility to get it back to us. Refunds are for product only and do not include shipping fees from original orders or replacement orders. Lost, stolen or undelivered orders must be reported to us within one week of delivery notification so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
