Shipping

For our wonderful Canadian clients, orders ship next business day from Saint John, NB. At the final checkout page you will be able to select a service rate. These are direct rates from the providers. We do not mark up shipping fees.  Depending where you live in Canada it could be 2-10 business days of shipping time. If you require a different courier or need faster service please let us know and we will get you a quote. Contact us at info@dogsge.ca.

For our beloved International clients, please email us at info@dogsage.ca for a quote if you do not see a rate at checkout. Unfortunately, due to new rules and regulations, we are not able to ship to the United States or Australia. 

Return/Exchange: We are happy to work with you to get you what your pet needs.  Should you wish to return a product for a refund or exchange, the shipping fee is your responsibility to get it back to us. Refunds are for product only and do not include shipping fees from original orders or replacement orders. Lost, stolen or undelivered orders must be reported to us within one week of delivery notification so that we can file a claim with the carrier.
