Every drink works to bathe oral bacteria in a patented formula, which works like a molecular meal plan that puts microbes on a Keto diet. • Protektin30™ for cats also contains organic cracked cell wall of Chlorella which absorbs fungal toxins associated with stomatitis and other common ailments.

TEEF for Life's Protektin42+K™ for all pets is a sodium-free water additive for easy, at-home daily dental hygiene. This formulation removes sodium bicarbonate for ALL pets, including extra sensitive ones with tummy and kidney issues.  

Both formulations will slightly change the colour of the water but the small amount will not effect the flavour. Your pet shouldn't notice anything. 

Can be used in pet drinking fountains but the filter needs to be removed from the fountain.

In multiple dog homes with multiple water dishes, make a pitcher with a few scoops of Protektin and keep in the fridge to top up water dishes throughout the day.

Instructions for Kit Setup

1. Remove reusable TEEF glass jar from box.
2. Add desiccant packet to reusable TEEF jar and do not remove.
3. Add up to 6 powder packet contents to TEEF jar.
4. Store jar in a safe place where you're reminded to add it to your pet's water dish daily.
5. Keep the jar & order refills!
6. Add one scoop to your pet's water dish daily. Top up as needed.

Whenever you introduce something new to your pet, start with half dose/half a scoop for the first few days to allow your pet to adjust to the change. Feel free to adjust the dose as you go. You cannot overdose your pet. TEEF is that safe. 

*Cyclodextrin is the non-GMO soluble fiber. It's a postbiotic created by soil bacteria, the magic ingredient that works as a sugar decoy for bacteria. They try to metabolize it but can't because it's already fermented. Some pets will go through a "shedding" process when starting TEEF because their bodies are clearing the previous, unhealthy microbiome. The L-arginine (amino acid) and vitamin B6 are the prebiotics that stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria. Sometimes the shift in who starts taking up real estate in the mouth and gut can cause a little reaction since bacteria, especially harmful ones, don't go quietly. It normally only lasts a few days but we understand it can be concerning for pet parents. None of our ingredients cause allergies or health issues, they've been studied for safety for over 40 years in both humans and pets (including pregnant females).
