Green Lipped Mussels (GLM) provide a unique Omega 3 combination of ETA + EPA + DHA that supports joint function, the cartilage matrix, flexibility and a healthy inflammatory response while reducing joint pain. Acts as a cell oxygenator. Contains naturally occurring nutrients: Glycosaminoglycans including Glucosamine, Chondroitin and glutamine. Available in capsules or powder. Note: There is no difference/benefit to one over the other for absorption. Powders generally release fast once the capsule shell breaks. The pull apart capsule typically breaks down and releases its powder contents within 10-20 minutes. Faster release does not mean the same as faster absorption time.

Each capsule or level scoop provides 300mg of pure, freeze-dried, full-fat Green Lipped Mussel powder.

Daily Dosage: (powder comes with a 0.5 cc (0.5 mL) scoop/ approximately 1/10 teaspoon.)

Cats and small dogs: 1/2 capsule or 1/2 scoop to 1 capsule or 1 scoop (150 to 300mg)

up to 5kg: 1 capsule or 1 scoop

6-25kg: 2 capsules or 2 scoops

26-34kg: 3 capsules or 3 scoops

Over 35kg: 4 capsules

Start with half of recommended dose for initial 5 days and then as directed. Dose can be safely increased for post-surgical or injury recovery or based on individual need. Expect 6-8 week trial period for notice of improvement.
